Review of Existing or New Development Site to ascertain development opportunities:

Undertake assessment of authority regulations, and Requirements.  Review Clients Design Brief and Requirements. Obtain any Relevant existing documentation for preparation of Schematic design Phase - Site Plans, Title Plans, Existing Building Plans and Documentation and other relevant information to assist in the Process.

Inspect site & conduct Site Analysis. Collate any existing building documentation, including existing as built drawings or the like. Record any site features that are non conforming to the existing documentation provided if required.  Mark up existing Plan with findings, and take site measurements of items for record as required for Design.

Deliverables - Report / Recommendations for Proposed Future Development.
