Apartments and Units — Pre Purchase
Before signing a contract on an apartment — whether off the plan or existing — an independent architectural review can identify floor plan problems, orientation issues, and renovation constraints that a standard building inspection will not pick up. It can also reveal future development applications nearby that could affect your views or property value.
Our pre-purchase reviews are available as a desktop report, a floor plan review with modification drawings, or a full on-site inspection. All three are delivered with a follow-up call from Jamie to discuss findings.
Apartment & Units — Alterations and Renovations
Renovating an apartment on the Gold Coast requires architectural documentation for both body corporate approval and Queensland building certification. Jamie Gordon manages the full design and approval process — from initial floor plan concept through to final construction drawings — for apartment renovations across Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Chevron Island, Southport, and the wider Gold Coast region.
Three design packages are available based on the level of documentation and construction support required.
New residential home design — Gold Coast
Jamie Gordon designs new homes across the Gold Coast region — from Coomera and Helensvale in the north through to Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, and the Gold Coast Hinterland. His approach draws on Japanese principles of spatial order and careful material selection, producing homes that are calm, functional, and well-suited to Queensland's subtropical climate.
New home design packages range from schematic design and council approval documentation (Bronze) through to full construction administration and interior detailing (Platinum). Every project begins with a detailed brief and site analysis before any drawing begins.
