Concept design
We start with a site visit and your brief, then explore the options in sketch plans and 3D views until the direction is right.

Design development and approval
The design is developed in detail and, where needed, prepared and lodged for development approval.

Building approval
Drawings and information for the building certifier, coordinated with your engineer and other consultants.

Construction documentation
Detailed drawings and specifications, so builders can price accurately and build what was designed.

Construction coordination
Tendering, comparing builders' prices and setting up the building contract.

Construction administration
We administer the contract through to completion: builder questions, variations, progress claims and site inspections.
