A new home shaped around a constrained site with a significant change in level, opening to outdoor living.
A new home shaped around a constrained site with a significant change in level.
Rather than fighting the slope, the plan uses it to separate living zones and open the main living spaces to an outdoor kitchen and covered external living area. A retreat upstairs gives a quiet second living space away from the main family areas.
